Welcome to Quark's Mirror

The first thing you notice about this room is the absence of a bed. Then you notice the wall hiding the bed, lamp and lamp stand in the back of the room.

This room is full of various drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic. Most of them look to be strange colors of blues and greens, a few browns, reds and maybe a yellow or orange here and there. All the drinks neatly lie on a rack specially designed to hold the extreme variety of bottle sizes and shapes.

The rest of the room is dedicated to recreation and idle chatter. A large, very tall bookshelf is located on one wall and contains a stereo system and many table games. As you look around a man appears from behind the secondary wall.

Welcome to the Gamma Rec. Room, I'm Quark... not the same one who lives down the hall.
He gives you a polite nod of his head.
This is the room Gamma uses for quiet gatherings, especially on rainy days. Everyone gathers for their favorite drink and a game of some sort. After all of the excitement at my counterpart's place everyone needed some peaceful time. It isn't what I'm used to running, but it has become quite profitable.
The small man flashes a grin at you.
Feel free to look around. And, as always, if you should need anything, just let me know.
The man walks over to the location of the drinks and begins making one for himself.

The window is rounded, like so many of the windows in this section of the castle.

Two large white sofas with an "C" shape circle the tables used for the games. They stand back to back, and look very comfortable. On each side of these sofas is an end table of some kind, marked with rings from where glasses were left standing while games were played.

You peek back at the living area but find nothing interesting here.
That's because I haven't moved in yet. I may have joined Gamma a while ago but this is the first time I've had a room. You're welcome to come back whenever you like, I should let you go back and explore the rest of the castle.
He continues with his work of clearing off a counter while you exit.
